Refunds and Returns

Only if the goods you received are damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.collectioncosmetics.com. We are unable to process exchanges or returns for purchases made with our retail partners. 

This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.

 

My item/s are faulty or damaged

In the event you have received a defective or damaged item, please Contact Us immediately with the following information:  

  • Your order number (found on the original order confirmation)
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

All claims for faulty or damaged items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Otherwise refund or exchanges will no longer apply. 

Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit or replacement. No exchange will be offered for hygiene purposes. 

Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly. 

 

I received the wrong items

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please Contact Us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly and efficiently:  

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received in its place

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you.

All claims for orders arriving without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
